B & L Properties, and its predecessor company, has developed in the last 35 years over 400 residential housing units along the Greater Gulf Coast with a combined value in excess of $30 million dollars. While we have accomplished a lot in the past, we are looking forward to an even more productive period following Hurricane Katrina. We feel a need to assist in the rebuilding of the Greater Gulf Coast with rental property and homes for sale. No matter how many projects we develop, however, we will never loose sight of the importance of delivering well-designed and well-constructed properties to our customers and investors.
As one of the Gulf Coast’s fastest growing developers, we are very confident in the future of Louisiana and Mississippi, and the Gulf Coast in particular.
